Finding a route and system for your life and training plan to follow can feel like one of the biggest challenges in your life. It can be very frustrating to keep changing paths and trying different things.
I myself have definitely struggled immensely with figuring out what I truly want. Once I did, everything flowed and the progression was off the charts. I am now someone who knows what to do and I have the energy in me to do exactly that. These are the reasons why I have started Optimal Physicality, to end an unknowingness that does not have to be there.
Create a personal system
Copy and pasting workouts can be quiet useful, but at the end of the day we will feel that something is missing. What we are missing is authenticity, the creative freedom of our personal mind! We all have it in us to determine what goals we would like to work on and spending time on this will most definitely help us with the amount of joy and fulfillment we will feel on our journey.
What is Goal Orientation?
Goal orientation is literally determining what an individual is choosing as his or her goals. It creates a vision and we have our vision we can specifically work towards it. Without goal orientation, we will be walking in the mist, we will make progress, but for what purpose exactly?
